Dr. Robert O. Young’s Biggest Mistake
Dr. Young’s words are in italics. “Meat has no nutritional value other than to just destroy you life.” “[Eating meat is] why most people stink. That’s why they have body odor. That’s why their elimination smells . . . You can smell someone that’s a meat eater. You can just look at their eyes and at their skin.”
I have not consumed meat since 1980 and it is something I definitely tell people not to eat meat, fish, eggs or dairy. But I think Dr. Young goes too far in suggesting that there is no nutrition in meat whatsoever and the reason why people smell so much. Meat may be one of the contributing factors, but I have met vegetarians who smell bad themselves, including their breath. He suggests that meat actually causes people to rot from within. The consumption of cooked animal protein leads to more disease than anything other than not drinking enough water. But it’s not as bad as Dr. Young makes it sound. Continue reading
