I was in Taiwan May 2015 and had a complete physical while I was there. We did this in Taiwan because that’s where my wife is from and she was able to arrange it, and it was only US$500. In Michigan where I live it would have cost at least US$3500. It took 4 hours to complete all the tests. The hospital team measured my BMI, bone density, ultra sounds for my organs, heart scan, x-ray, blood tests, and on and on. Results posted below.
Two weeks later I learned the results: Perfect. Nothing was out the acceptable range accept my bilirubin, which was elevated. But that was because I was fasting, which they had insisted I do 8 hours before the tests. I got some life insurance a couple of years ago and they did a complete blood workup. It also came back Perfect. To be clear, I am not special because ANYONE can do what I am doing. The only difference is that I am actually doing it.
If you stop to think about this, when you fast before a Physical Examination you are getting a profile of your blood and overall health profile at its very best because fasting is the healthiest thing we can do. When we fast, we allow the blood to clear therefore it looks better than it usually does. For instance, if you ate a fast food meal of a burger and fries then your blood would look terrible afterward.
Fasting for 8 hours is nothing. I fast daily for 12 hours nearly every day. I eat at 7pm and I don’t eat again till 11am or noon, so I can fast which allows my body to rest, repair and rejuvenate itself. I accomplished great blood results by following my 7 Component Health Protocol.
The results of my Complete Physical Exam are below:
