Cheese, eggs, more cheese, cauliflower, tomato sauce from a jar, pepperoni – This is healthy??! I think not! Talk about misinformation. According to Dr. Berg all you need to do is remove the flour and sugar and suddenly a junk food like pizza transforms into something incredibly health that “you can have as much as want” and it “Totally healthy, totally legal.” What nonsense.
