You are what you eat, but it’s a lot more complicated than that. A man in his forties who went to the gym and drank designer water and ate boneless, skinless chicken breast and salads, etc., not overweight, died in his sleep on his daughter’s 4th birthday. It’s the luck of the draw. Eat, stink, and be scary, like Shrek. Also, it says in the holy bible that we should be more concerned about what comes out of our mouth, than what goes into it.
I would like to know the details of the 4 yr old’s father who died. Luck has nothing to do with health, although you can be born with health defects that almost derive from the host-mother’s poor health and/or deficient nutritional habits. Other than that, health is always obtainable by virtually since the body is capable of healing itself of any disease. Luck has nothing to do with health.
Here is my opinion about baby’s and infants.
