No. For the most part those who eat from the animal world don’t have a clue why anyone would want to be a vegan. They don’t know where you would be able to get enough protein. They believe that veganism is a religion, which it may be to some, but not to me. It’s simply the healthiest way to eat and live. There are definitely some zealots out there that try to “shame” people into not eating from the animal world. Ignore them. You cannot agitate and persuade people at the same time. If you become educated on the issues of health and decide to keep eating from the animal world to the detriment of your health, then it’s your decision and you will have to live with it.
I grew up on meat, and everyone I know eats meat, fish, eggs and dairy. When I discovered the benefits of Chlorella and Spirulina, which are 60% protein and that they are vastly superior food sources to animals, I realized that these foods could become my protein sources. I’ve been healthier ever since.
