Why should an individual adhere to veganism/vegetarianism when their abstinence isn’t likely to make a difference?
A difference in what exactly? I have been a vegetarian 37 years, and I didn’t become one so I could “make a difference”. I became a vegetarian because I don’t want to kill unless I have to. I became a vegan – no meat, fish, eggs or dairy – for health reasons. It’s much healthier to consume a plant-based diet. The video demonstrates exactly why we should not eat COOKED animal protein. Organic raw animal protein would not be a problem.
I don’t care about making a difference in the world. I care about taking care of myself and my health. A vegan does just that.
