How can I eat a good amount of protein everyday if I’m vegetarian?
I have been a vegetarian 37 years. After 18 years I discovered Chlorella and Spirulina, which are 60% protein and the perfect source of protein for a vegetarian or vegan. I couldn’t believe I had never heard of them. Now they are an integral part of my diet. I have plenty of energy and my vitamin B12 is high, which you are not suppose to get from a vegan diet and certainly not from Chlorella and Spirulina.
