As a vegan, what’s on your grocery list?
Raw fruits and vegetables for the most part. I rarely cook anything. Don’t get me wrong I would prefer to huge 4-cheese pizza with peppers and onions. But that would just be appealing to the taste buds and I value my health way too much for that to happen.
Health is found in the raw vegan world. You can live as long as you want to when it comes down to it.
