The Watershed Health Protocol for All Ages

One of the most common questions we are asking at the Watershed Wellness Center is how much water should a person this age or that age drink. Or how much chlorella or spirulina should they consume each day, either for themselves, their parents or their children. We put all that information on one page as a general guide to help you understand our simple and effective if you follow the guide lines. Every human at any age needs to drink Ionized Water, consume Spirulina and Chlorella, raw fruits and vegetables, Angstrom Minerals and probiotics. Everyone should also exercise vigorously each day and attempt to maintain a positive mental attitude. However, this general health which applies to everyone it should be tailored to the age and sex of the person. Here is a general guide for the average person to follow at any age.
