Or how much chlorella or spirulina should they consume each day, either for themselves, their parents or their children. We put all that information on one page as a general guide to help you understand our simple and effective if you follow the guide lines. Every human – once they have been weaned – needs to drink Ionized Water, consume Spirulina and Chlorella, raw fruits and vegetables, Angstrom Minerals and Probiotics. Everyone should also exercise vigorously each day and attempt to maintain a Positive Mental Attitude. However, my 7 Component Health Protocol should be tailored to the age and sex of the person. Here is a general guide for the average person to follow at any age.
Pregnant Woman
The main health objective for an expectant mother should be to obtain maximum hydration and nutrients from whole foods, especially raw fruits and vegetables. The more raw foods an expecting woman consumes, the healthier her developing fetus (baby) will be.
5 – 7 liters each day of strong Ionized Water (pH 9.5 – 10).
10 – 15 grams of Spirulina and Chlorella combined.
1/2 tablespoon Chlorella Growth Factor (or use Spirulina/Chlorella/CGF – 45/45/10% tablet combo).
1 oz. Full Spectrum Angstrom minerals.
1/4 teaspoon or 1 capsule of Probiotics (Acidophilus and Bifidus).
Infant (0 – 6 months)
Mother’s have gotten away from breast-feeding their babies, although in recent years there has been a resurgence of the practice. Breast milk has been called the perfect food, and I believe it is for infants up to the age of 6 months. Also critical for infants, like all of us, is proper hydration.
1/2 ounce Angstrom electrolyte minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium).
Young Children (6 months – 5 years)
Once a child is weaned from their mother’s breast milk they should be considered a small adult meaning that they can eat anything an adult would eat, although they will begin with juices then move to solid food.
2 liters medium strength Ionized Water (pH8.5 – 9.5).
2 – 4 grams Spirulina and Chlorella combined. Chlorella will provide them with the necessary amount of dietary fiber.
Begin juicing raw fruits and vegetables. Spirulina and Chlorella powder can be mixed with the juice for protein and chlorophyll.
1/2 oz. Full Spectrum Angstrom minerals.
1/4 teaspoon or 1 capsule of Probiotics (Acidophilus and Bifidus).
Children (5 – 12 years)
3 – 5 liters of strong Ionized Water (pH 9.5 – 10).
4 – 10 grams of Spirulina and Chlorella combined.
1/4 tablespoon CGF (or use Spirulina/Chlorella/CGF – 45/45/10% tablet combo).
Children can begin using the Far Infrared Sauna at 5 years old.
1 oz. Full Spectrum Angstrom minerals.
1/4 teaspoon or 1 capsule of Probiotics (Acidophilus and Bifidus).
Teenager (13 – 19 years)
4 – 6 liters of strong Ionized Water (pH 9.5 – 10)
10 – 15 grams of Spirulina and Chlorella combined.
1/2 tablespoon CGF (or use Spirulina/Chlorella/CGF – 45/45/10% tablet combo).
1/2 – 1 oz. Full Spectrum Angstrom minerals.
1/4 teaspoon or 1 capsule of Probiotics (Acidophilus and Bifidus).
For acne: 1 teaspoon turmeric and 3 capsules of Probiotics. Also apply probiotics directly to the affected area.
Competitive Athlete
6 – 8 liters of strong Ionized Water (pH 9.5 – 10).
8 – 12 grams of Spirulina
4 – 8 grams Chlorella
1 tablespoon Tribulus
1 tablespoon CGF
High nitrogen raw foods such as radishes, garlic, etc.
2 oz. Strength and Conditioning Full Spectrum Angstrom minerals.
3/4 teaspoon or 2 capsules of Probiotics (Acidophilus and Bifidus).
Young Adult Male & Female (20 – 30 years)
5 – 7 liters of strong Ionized Water (pH 9.5 – 10).
10 – 15 grams of Spirulina and Chlorella combined.
1/2 tablespoon CGF (or use Spirulina/Chlorella/CGF – 45/45/10% tablet combo).
1 oz. Full Spectrum Angstrom minerals.

Middle Aged Adult Male (31 – 60 years)

1 teaspoon Mucuna.

1 teaspoon Shilajit.

Middle Aged Adult Female (31 – 60 years)
