Minerals are conductors, or carriers, of electricity and magnetism, both critical to our health. Electrolytes are our most important electrical conductors. They include calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, bicarbonate, sulfate, phosphate and chloride. If we heartcompletely lack any one of them many bodily processes will cease to function.
