I was a vegetarian for 18 years before I discovered first spirulina, then chlorella. These are the best foods for providing protein to the body. When I added those foods to my diet I understood that I didn’t need to consume meat, fish, eggs or dairy. I was getting the protein from spirulina and chlorella. I still love dairy but I avoid it. A plant-based, vegan diet is the healthiest diet. Oh, and don’t cooked any of the plants if you want to truly be healthy.
