Is it healthy to go vegan as a teenager?
If you add chlorella and/or spirulina to your diet and take 8 – 10 grams per day you will get all the protein you need and you will be successful and healthy. Just be sure you don’t eat junk food. I have seen so many people become vegetarian and all they do is stop eating meat. They still eat chips, junk food, fast food, etc and they they don’t get healthier because health is about eating the right foods and not eating garbage foods. Make sure to include salads and fresh fruit in your diet along with chlorella and spirulina. You’ll be fine.
