Acetic acid is the main ingredient in Apple Cider Vinegar that makes it so healthy. The pH of Acetic Acid and Hydrochloric Acid is exactly the same: 2.5. The pH of Apple Cider Vinegar is 5.0. Only consume ACV with the MOTHER.
