I first heard Dr. Gerald Pollack being interviewed by Joseph Mercola.  They were discussing something called EZ Water or Exclusion Zone Water.  As I heard the interview unfolded I began to realize that they were actually discussing Alkaline Ionized Water.  EZ water has a negative charge, negative ORP, it is alkaline, reduced in size and hexagonal in shape.  I was truly shocked.  Here was a man talking about Ionized Water being EVERYWHERE in nature.

I tracked Dr. Pollack down and asked him to come on my podcast – Achieving Great Health – which we did.  (Full recording below).  I was shocked to hear Dr. Pollack to confirm that EZ is Alkaline Ionized Water (AIW), they are identical, and they are found everywhere throughout nature and throughout the human body.

I don’t know much about Dr. Oz and I don’t watch his show.  But when he was asked about the documentary “What The Health” he stated that a “Supermarket is a pharmacy”.  I could not agree more.  It was a great interview and I loved hearing him say that food is not fuel, food has the power to heal.  That’s what I’m talking about!!!!

We need to consume 1 — 2 gallons of water each day. Proper hydration is the cornerstone to health. Most important thing we can do for our health is stay hydrated. Never drink more than one liter per hour. No more than two gallons per day.Fasting is the healthiest thing we can do for our health. It gives the body a chance to Cleanse, Rest and repair itself. People complain about drinking so much water. I would rather go to the bathroom 1000 times than to go the doctor’s once.

Dr. Garth Davis, MD, from the documentary What The Health was invited The Doctors TV Show to discuss his findings that excessive protein causes diabetes, not high sugar intake.  The medicals doctors that host the show, and their guests were having NONE of it.

You would think with all their precious studies, one piled on another until they touch the outer sheath of the sky, that matter would have been completely settled.  Such is NOT the case.  You would think that no studies had ever been done, or the studies had been conducted by despised naturopaths like myself.

No, they were conducted by the medical profession, but these studies do not happen to fit in so well the narrative that sugar is deadly and the cause of diabetes and obesity.  So all they did was argue and accuse each other of lying.  What a joke.

The Youtube star of the “Genetically Modified Skeptic” channel asks
40 Questions For A Naturopaths and I bothered to answer them.

This young man is asking Naturopaths questions that are really meant for medical professionals, ie physicians or “doctors” – medical doctors. His bias comes through when he asks:  “I know a few naturopaths personally, none of which hold beliefs and practices that hold up to basic scrutiny. These are basic questions many naturopaths need to confront.”

I did the best I could and answered all 40 of his questions, with a little tongue-in-cheek comments and movie clips along the way. As Alfred Hitchcock use to say: “I hope you enjoy the show.” 🙂

I just noticed this and I really appreciate the response! My only question is why do you make a point to say that your audience should know I’m an atheist? I’m not shy about it, obviously, just… what’s the point of that statement?

I made the point as a way to suggest that atheists look for answers in science since science explains mechanisms of the universe. You were raised in a religious family, but have rejected God and embraced science. I personally love science, but I don’t use it to justify the denial of the existence of God. In short, the more you embrace science, the more you embrace the medical establishment – which btw has yet to cure a single disease because they answers to health are found in nature, not in lab. That’s why I mentioned it.

How can I eat a good amount of protein everyday if I’m vegetarian?

My Response:

I have been a vegetarian 37 years. After 18 years I discovered Chlorella and Spirulina, which are 60% protein and the perfect source of protein for a vegetarian or vegan. I couldn’t believe I had never heard of them. Now they are an integral part of my diet. I have plenty of energy and my vitamin B12 is high, which you are not suppose to get from a vegan diet and certainly not from Chlorella and Spirulina.

Quora question:

Are there any natural ways to increase Dopamine receptor density?

My response:

I would recommend Magnesium L-Threonate, which has been show to increase synapses in the brain. And Mucuna, which has L-dopa, which is precursor to dopamine production. Mucuna won’t increase receptor density that I know of, but I believe the activity would help stimulate further production of receptors.
