Can you die from consuming too much water?
You most certain can die from consuming too much water too quickly. In fact, it’s quite dangerous to even more than 2 liters (quarts) per hour. This is why I recommend that you NEVER
drink more than one liter of water per hour.
We need to consume 1 — 2 gallons of water each day. Proper hydration is the cornerstone to health. Most important thing we can do for our health is stay hydrated. Never drink more than one liter per hour. No more than two gallons per day.Fasting is the healthiest thing we can do for our health. It gives the body a chance to Cleanse, Rest and repair itself. People complain about drinking so much water. I would rather go to the bathroom 1000 times than to go the doctor’s once.
