Dr Bob, I have read where you say that the ketogenic diet is not safe. I’m curious as to why? and what kind of diet would you recommend instead? Right now I’m on the keto diet and I’m curious to see what you think.
A lot of people are promoting the keto diet, the high-protein keto, the high-fat Keto. They are good for losing weight, but not healthy in my opinion. You should have a diet that is 80% carbohydrates, 10% fat, 10% protein. I promote the Vegan raw food diet, 80/10/10.
