I started out in the bottled water business in 1993 because my father was a water expert with a doctorate from MIT (1953) and he knew where to find the best water. I am a health promoter and I knew that water is important to your health. For years I have been advocating drinking AT LEAST one gallon of water daily. I drink around 1.5 gallons each day. Never drink more than 1 liter of water per hour.
The results became abundantly clear recently when a woman in the UK began drinking 1 gallon a day for one month and she was shocked by the results. Health begins with water, for it is the most essential element needed by the body. Water is the cornerstone of health. It is a universal solvent and the body’s lubricant. Proper hydration of the body is crucial to human health in countless ways. You will never be truly healthy if you are not sufficiently hydrated. When I visit New Mexico every year or so, I am always struck by how dessicated people’s skin look. The weather is extremely dry in and people in that part of the country are not water drinkers. I know since I’ve asked them.
My advice is to drink water all day, everyday, but never around mealtime since it will dilute your digestion. What leads to health is HAD – Hydrate, Alkalize, Detoxify the body. Do not drink purified water, reverse osmosis or distilled water.
Whatever you do, make sure that you DRINK WATER, DRINK WATER, DRINK WATER!
