This is such a sad, yet typical, story of how politicians allow lawyers to go after regular people, small businesses and anyone else who may have may unwittingly placed into the marketplace only to be attacked by lawyers and anyone else in California because under Prop 65 ANYONE, any person off the street, can test a product, find it has lead, get a Prop 65 attorney at one of the numerous Prop 65 law firms that have “sprung up” around California to sue! Sue, Sue, Sue! Does this lead to better products, cleaner products? No, absolutely not. Does it increase mistrust and paranoia? You better believe it!
California is at war with the rest of the nation when it comes to lawsuits. Personally, I fear California and its disgusting, bottom-feeding, slip-and-fall lawyers (the kind that give the rest of the legal establishment a bad name) who have been unleashed against our nation to suck it dry of money. They are pick pockets. Thieves. What a mess California has become. Prop 65 is emblematic of what California has become: a parasite on the rest of the nation.
I have been talking about Proposition 65, California’s war on the Natural Health industry, for many years now. This is a proposition that was voted in by the people of California and 19 88. Some people say 1986. Let’s just say that it was a knot a very good proposition to put into place. I do not believe that the people of California understood that this was a law that was entirely meant to support lawyers.
I do not think that the people of California understood when they voted for this that the unbelievably, and mostly levels of lead in the product are impossible to meet unless they are grown inside tanks. For instance coffee will have a small amount of lead in it no matter where it is grown and harvested in the world. Therefore, Starbucks has a Prop 65 warning in every single one of its locations in California. A friend of mine was recently sued by some woman in San Francisco who got his Friday tested for lead, found the levels to exude prop 65 and got a Prop 65 lawyer and sued my friend. That’s why you will find a Prop 65 warning and every one of my products. Every one of my products now carry a warning, because of Loony California, that says my products may cause cancer, birth defects and reproductive health issues.
How about the massive amounts of smog that have returned to Los Angeles California? Does that cause cancer? How about the needles that are strewn in the streets throughout San Francisco from the drug addicts that we call the homeless? Do they cause disease? Is the state of California going to allow itself to be held accountable for this essentially unhealthy environment did they have created in their cities? Of course the answer is no. It would just vote legislation to immune themselves from it. California could vote tomorrow and it’s legislature to restrict the abuse a Proposition 65 by the Prop 65 lawyer establishment that has been created there. But it won’t do it. Because they’re hypocrites. There’s no other way to describe them, the lawmakers in California. They tell us endlessly and constantly that they are for the little person and they’re helping a little guy and they’re helping the voiceless and those who have no voice oh, those who have no money to get their word out, to get their message out. What a lie. The California politicians are the biggest Liars of them all.
And if I California prop 65 lawyer attempts to pick my pocket you can be sure that are going to run into a brick wall. Because I’m ready for that kind of having worked at a law firm for many years myself in New York City.

Bob McCauley, ND (Robert F., Jr.) was raised in Lansing, Michigan and attended Michigan State University (BA, 1980 in Journalism). He is a naturopathic doctor, Master Herbalist and a Certified Nutritional Consultant. He has traveled extensively, both domestically and abroad, visiting over 32 countries. He published Confessions of a Body Builder: Rejuvenating the Body with Spirulina, Chlorella, Raw Foods and Ionized Water (2000), Achieving Great Health (2005), The Miraculous Properties of Ionized Water, (2006) which is the only book on the market that exclusively addresses Ionized Water, Twelve (Fiction, 2007) and Honoring the Temple of God (2008). He considers himself a Naturalist, meaning he pursues health in the most natural way possible. He studies and promotes nature as the only way to true health.

With the help of his father, Dr. Robert F. McCauley, Sr. (Doctorate in Environmental Engineering, MIT, 1953) they started Spartan Water Company in 1992, which sold vended water machines in supermarkets. Robert Jr. founded Spartan Enterprises, Inc. in 1993. He is a Certified Water Technician with the State of Michigan. He is also a Type II Public Water Supply Specialist and has the certifications of S-5 and D-5. The McCauley family has a long history in the water industry. Bob's father pioneered environmental issues regarding ground water and drinking water quality. He received his Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1953 for his thesis on removing radioactive strontium from water. He earned his doctorate in Environmental Engineering in less than 2 years, one of the shortest doctoral studies in the history of MIT. He taught civil, sanitary and environmental engineering at Michigan State University for 18 years before retiring to run Wolverine Engineers & Surveyors of Mason, Michigan, for 17 years. His reputation throughout Michigan as a water quality expert was legendary. Bob worked for his father's company for 12 years learning the water business, which dealt primarily with municipalities, including water quality and sanitary sewer issues.
After apprenticing with his father, Bob moved on to the bottled water business. He established greater Michigan's biggest selling bottled water: Michigan Mineral – Premium Natural Water. He was introduced to Ionized Water in 1995 and has done more to promote Ionized Water than anyone else in the industry. Bob often lectures and offers seminars on his Seven Component Natural Health Protocol .
Bob is a Certified Nutritional Consultant and a Certified Master Herbalist. He is also a 3rd Degree Black Belt and Certified Instructor of Songahm Taekwondo (American Taekwondo Association).
