How would a naturopathic doctor combat asthma?
Asthma is a classic sign of chronic dehydration. Water is a key part of the equation. Start drinking at least 5 – 6 liters per day, preferably Alkaline Ionized Water.
I would also start taking systemic enzymes just before bed and in the morning, especially SerraKinase. Nattokinase will remove the fibrin from the lung.
There is also a lot of the inflammation associated with Asthma, so Frankincense and turmeric would also help.
Exercise is another thing you want to start doing regularly, daily. Start out at 5 minutes if you’re short of breath at first. Otherwise, 20 mins. of cardio exercise will take to many leaps toward solving your health issue.
