“It Seems Kelp is a Better Seaweed Than Chlorella”

One Blogee wrote to me:

Dear Bob, Having read so much about Chlorella and also I enjoyed your blog very much. Profound sharing 🙂 May I know what do you think of Fucoidan, brown seed weed 🙂 It seems it is a better seaweed than Chlorella ? Maybe I am wrong. But, hope to hear from you too .

Dear Blogee  – not her real name  🙂

No food is as powerful as chlorella, or spirulina, which are mico-algae.  Kelp  – a macro algae – evolved from chlorella so while it is also an incredible food that I eat all the time it does not compare with micro-algae such as chlorella.

Kelp can be combined with Chlorella in tablet form.  Fucoidan is amazing and should be in everyone’s diet. Also lots of iodine in kelp, which is a must.

My point always is to include as many foods as possible in your diet since every food is unique.

  1. Dear Bob,

I received word that there IS a company that has the ability to remove sodium Flouride from our tap water while increasing the other beneficial minerals in it that goes by the name http://www.liquidliv.com…We both know this is impossible so I would love your words of wisdom. Thought only RO machines could remove flouride specifically while also removing all minerals too. What’s up with this intriguing info?

  5. What algae would be best for chelation of lead and mercury. I am planning on doing a proper chelation therapy with my health practitioner but I would like to start a light/pre chelation with some herbs or algae.

    Thanks,

  6. First off I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question
that I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself
and clear your head prior to writing. I’ve had a tough time clearing
my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I do take pleasure in
writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to
figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Thank you!

In the long run, I’m not actually saying to fully cut
video-games out of your children lives. These help ease pressure and
    minimize panic.

  11. Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.

She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off
topic but I had to tell someone!
