It Drives Me Crazy When . . .

By Dr. Bob McCauley

. . . I see the latest list of “healthy diets” in news articles and on television such as this one.   We learn there is a 17-Day Diet, the Dukan or French Atkins Diet, the Paleo Diet (of which I have seen 3 or 4 versions of).  As usual there is another “Fad” Diet known as the Raw Food Diet, where crazy people only eat Raw Fruits and Vegetables and think their healthy.  (I’m one of them.)

rawfoodsIt has become more common for the Raw Food Diet to be listed amongst them.  At least it has garnered enough recognition amongst the general population to be recognized in nearly every article and/or news article about “Fad-Diets” that appears these days.  That’s the good news.

However, what bugs me is the fact that the Raw Food Diet is not being Dietrecognized for what it actually is, the only diet a person could live on if they indeed want to be healthy.  There are Seven Components To My Health Protocol and they include Ionized Water, Spirulina and Chlorella, Raw Foods, Probiotics, Angstrom Minerals, Vigorous Exercise and a Positive Mental Attitude.  So while there are many components to health, when we discuss what foods we should eat – what diet we should be on – if we expect to be healthy the only foods should be those that are not cooked.  In essence, all disease comes from the persistent consumption of cooked and processed foods.

DietsAs for Fad Diets – or any other diet for that matter – all you need to know is this: eat raw fruits and vegetables.  You can call that kind of diet anything you want – but in the end, it is the only one that is healthy.  Don’t listen to dieticians of the medical world because they do not have a clue what they are talking about.  They will denounce the only healthy diet – the Raw Food Diet – every time even though they have never experienced it for themselves.  In case anyone wants a debate about whether the raw food diet is healthy or not, ask them to show you any evidence of chronic disease in the wild.  While infectious diseases do exist in the wild no one has ever shot a deer, brought home, opened it up and found any evidence of cancer, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis or any other chronic disease.  We are the only species on earth that gets these chronic diseases other than the animals we domesticate and put them on a processed food diet.

Great post. This line in particular “all you need to know is this: eat raw fruits and vegetables. You can call that kind of diet anything you want – but in the end, it is the only one that is healthy”

Excellent. You are so right! Only way of eating where I feel good, and heal.
