dr-ozYou have to laugh at this one.  Dr. Oz, the TV doctor, dares to suggest that natural “cures” can actually help  make you healthy, and the big wigs at Columbia University where he’s a cardiothoracic surgeon want him kicked the hell out – and they mean NOW! They accused him of an “egregious lack of integrity” for promoting what they call “quack treatments.” When it comes to the orthodoxy of the medical establishment what you do NOT want do is go against that dogma lest you want to endanger your position and paycheck. Unbelievable.

Here’s is the gist of the open-minded medical crowd that rules our nation’s leading medical schools:

Led by Dr. Henry Miller of California’s Stanford University, thehenry_i_miller doctors sent the letter to Lee Goldman, dean of Columbia’s Faculties of Health Sciences and Medicine. The nine other doctors from across the country included Dr. Joel TepperDr. Joel Tepper, a cancer researcher from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, and Dr. Gilbert Ross of the American Council on Science and Health in New York City.
The doctors wrote that Oz, for years a world-class Columbia dr-oz1cardiothoracic surgeon, “has manifested an egregious lack of integrity by promoting quack treatments and cures in the interest of personal financial gain.” They said he has “misled and endangered” the public.   Huffinton Post

And you wonder why every solution for virtually every health challenge to cut, burn, radiate and/or drug, drug and drug.

Dr. Henry Miller is the same guy that was a leading proponent of “No on Prop 37” – meaning he is AGAINST any food labeling for GMO foods in California. Now, there’s a guy you can most certainly trust.  Imagine, a shill for Monsanto going after colleague who is actually suggesting that nature might actually have some kind of benefits in helping the body to cure itself of disease.

Signs & a Home Test for Vitamin B-12 Deficiency

If low levels of B12 remain for a long time, the condition also can lead to irreversible damage to nerve cells, which can cause the following symptoms:

How I Got PERFECT Blood Work at Age 57

At the time of the BLOG post, I am 57 years old.  I ran 4.3 miles in 30 minutes this past summer.  I run a 6 minute mile and I am on zero medications.  My hips are in perfect shape as are my knees.

Here is my blood results as of 12/24/2014.    These results demonstrate that by following my philosophy and guidelines, great health will be the result. Nothing out of the “Expected Range”. How did I do it? Very Simple, I follow my own 7 Component Health Protocol. Ionized Water, Spirulna – Chlorella, Raw Foods, Probiotics, Angstrom Minerals, Daily Vigorous Exercise, Positive Mental Attitude. Simple, very simple to understand, although difficult to actually do it. Just takes determination. BTW, I’m also 100% vegan.  Sample Chapter of Achieving Great Health – The 7 Components of Great Health.

A T-Score Bone Density test with the results of 0.0 is that of what a Bob_McCauley_Bone_Density_2012_age55man should have at age 30.  Results in the negative range are not good. Results of -2.0 to -2.5 are dangerous and show the bone has deteriorated significantly. My T-Score Bone Density was +2.5  which puts me way above 1.0, which is considered great.  +2.5 is amazing.

I had a complete physical in 2015 and my results were perfect.

Why am I different from anyone else my age? It’s not genes, and certainly not luck – but diet. You are what you eat, and what you absorb from the foods you eat.  I am a raw food vegan who uses Chlorella/Spirulina for protein, and I constantly stay hydrated with Alkaline Ionized Water. EVERYONE can get the blood work and bone density results that I get, and ANYONE can do what I am doing. Why I get these remarkable results and what makes me different from EVERYONE else is that I am actually doing it. So stop with the excuses, do what I do, eat what I eat, exercise and get as healthy as I am.  Wouldn’t you like to wake up each day and feel full of energy and be clear-minded.

Angelina Jolie Removes Body Parts to Avoid Disease

The medical community has done an incredible job at convincing the world that we eitherovaryRemoval don’t know where disease comes from, or it all comes from our genes and therefore disease is inherited.  Never mind that chronic disease such as cancer, heart disease, ALS, etc. is almost none existent in nature.  People kill animals all the time in wild such as deer and never find they have chronic disease.  They do find infectious diseases such as rabies, but not chronic disease.

Angelina Jolie says she had an “estimated 87 percent risk of breast cancer and a 50 percent risk of ovarian cancer” and that she lost both her mother and grandmother to cancer.  So she will have her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed.   What if Angelina Jolie finds out she has a high likelihood of getting brain cancer?  Off with her head, I suppose.

JolieI did not do this solely because I carry the BRCA1 gene mutation, and I want other women to hear this. A positive BRCA test does not mean a leap to surgery. I have spoken to many doctors, surgeons and naturopaths.” Jolie said.

Well, she did not bother to contact yours truly – Dr. Bob – because I would have explained to her that all disease comes from your diet and not your genes so the whole issue of the BRCA test to determine your susceptibility to cancer and other diseases is worthless.  It is difficult, but not impossible to follow my simple 7 Component Health Protocol and be healthy.  But then, people just won’t listen to me.  If they did, they’d be healthy.

Study: Sitting Will Kill You

Interesting study finds that sitting for extended periods of time can lead to a plethora of stretching-manhealth problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure even cancer. I think the most interesting part of the study says that we exercise prolonged sitting and cause tremendous health problems. I exercise each and everyday after work for 30 minutes. But I do make a point to stand and stretch for a few minutes if I had been sitting at my desk for more than 30 minutes. Several times a day I stand and stretch at my day.

A new study that’s running in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that this kind of sedentary behavior increases our chances of getting a disease or a condition that will kill us prematurely, even if we exercise.   Researchers from Toronto came to this conclusion after analyzing 47 studies of sedentary behavior.  They adjusted their data to incorporate the amount someone exercises and found that the sitting we typically do in a day still outweighs the benefit we get from exercise. Of course, the more you exercise, the lower the impact of sedentary behavior.   Prolonged sitting, meaning sitting for eight to 12 hours or more a day, increased your risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 90%.   CNN News Wire

The Truth Behind the Expiration Date of Chlorella & Spirulina

You see the expiration date on the back of a carton of milk and you wonder if you should drink it even thought it’s two days past the expiration date.  When it comes to something like milk or eggs you better be careful.  But is that same principle true when it comes to dried powders and tablets such as Spirulina and Chlorella?

expiry_datesSpirulina and Chlorella are two of the most stable foods that can be found anywhere on the market.  They are carefully cultivated in a controlled environment.  They are spray-dried so that all the moisture has been removed from them.  This stabilizes these two superfoods since moisture is the great destroyer of food.

They also have had all the oxygen removed from them as well so they will not oxidize, theChlorella-spirulina-tablets-powder-hi-res other destroyer of food.  Once they are packaged inside plastic bags and vacuum sealed these two superfoods will last for decades, as long as they’re not exposed to direct sunlight.  Light is the third great destroyer of packaged foods.  When you expose any product such as this to direct sunlight it breaks down the chlorophyll and other nutrients immediately.  This is why when we package these foods for retail we use packaging that is protected from ultra violet light.

Our Chlorella producer in Taiwan has informed us that they have found Chlorella can last more than 20 years when packaged properly and not be exposed to sunlight.

There Very Well May Be No Supplement In Your Supplement

Not only do you need to know the source of the Chlorella and Spirulina because it may be full of heavy metals or other contaminents.  You should also take a close look at what is in your supplement because very well could contain none of what you think you are purchasing.

Bottles of Walmart-brand echinacea, an herb said to ward off colds, were found to contain no echinacea at all. GNC-brand GNCbottles of St. John’s wort, touted as a cure for depression, held rice, garlic and a tropical houseplant, but not a trace of the herb.  DNA testing on hundreds of bottles of store-brand herbal supplements sold as treatments for everything from memory loss to prostate trouble found that four out of five contained none of the herbs on the label. Instead, they were packed with cheap fillers such as wheat, rice, beans or houseplants.  ABC News

Schneiderman said tests found no echinacea or any other plant walmartmaterial in bottles of Walmart’s Spring Valley Echinacea. He said no ginseng was found in 20 tests of GNC’s Herbal Plus Ginseng, which is taken to boost energy.   ABC News

Drinking Water Makes You Look Younger, Healthier

I started out in the bottled water business in 1993 because my father was a water expert with a doctorate from MIT (1953) and he knew where to find the best water.  I am a health promoter and I knew that water is important to your health.   For years I have been advocating drinking AT LEAST one gallon of water daily.  I drink around 1.5 gallons each day.  Never drink more than 1 liter of water per hour.

The results became abundantly clear recently when a woman in the UK began drinking 1 Woman-Drinks-3-Liters-Of-Water-Every-Daygallon a day for one month and she was shocked by the results.  She actually began to look and feel healthier, and look younger!  Just look at the results this woman got after one month.  Imagine being a consistent water drinker like I am where you never go a single day without drinking a gallon or two of water.
